Welcome to Avenger Racing
Recent Appearances:
April 24th-25th I attended the St. Anthony's Triathlon Meek & Mighty event on Saturday and then competed in the St. Anthony's Triathlon on Sunday. It was inspiring to see the future of the sport competing on Saturday morning at the North Shore Pool. I recall spending many hours training in that pool prior during a training period in St Pete. Sunday's race was my first competition in 8 years and it felt accordingly. I enjoyed participating in a race without the pressures of competing money or team qualification. Thanks to all the spectators who gave me a personalized cheer to reach the finish line. It took me longer than it used to, but with such a great event and a equally great experience, I might add some race to my future event schedule.. Check out the Events section for more details.
March 20th, I presented a seminar at the Multisport World 2010 Conference & Expo in Cambridge, MA. Check out the Events section for more details.

I had a great time on the Competitor Radio Show with hosts Bob Babbitt and Paul Huddle February 7th. I look forward to catching up with them again as the season progresses.
A download of the interview and show information is available at the Competitor Radio homepage.

I have recently completed my USA Triathlon Level 1 coaching certification to go along with my 25 years of triathlon experience . I look forward to applying my knowledge to producing top junior, age group and elite triathletes.
