All coaching plans included a seasonal training plan based around the athlete's goal competitions. Initial consultations will include reviewing the athlete questionnaire, establishing a training baseline and determining the priority of training elements. Each plan will be unique to the individual athlete. No automated training programs here. The plans will be based on 25 years of racing experience combined with research and education; all of which is an ongoing process for me as a coach.
Depending on the individual training plan, training elements will include: mental training; strength and conditioning; nutritional planning; equipment selection and fit; technique.
When possible physiological testing and review will be offered.

Training Peaks is web based software available on your PC or via Android and Apple mobile software. Training devices such as heart rate monitors,running/cycling gps computers, wattage meters and CompuTrainers can download directly to the site to be reviewed by the coaches and used to monitor and plan workouts. Training Peaks is highly recommended by coaches and athletes from around the world for providing the best tools for monitoring, analyzing and planning human performance.
